   • WHY? - I am often in a hurry.
   • WHY? - Products are often arranged poorly in the store which causes me to search aisle upon aisle.
   • WHY? - Store staff are not available (or willing) for me to ask where a product is located.
2. Find out what products the store stocks, the price, and if they are in fact IN STOCK.
   • WHY? - I don't want to travel to the store to find out if the product(s) is/are stocked, and if they are actually IN STOCK.
3. Shop at home at my favorite store and have my order delivered quickly and inexpensively.
   • WHY? - Sometimes I am too busy to shop myself, and/or don't have transportation.
4. Shop at home at my favorite store and pick up my order at the store.
   • WHY? - Sometimes I am too busy to shop myself, and I want the store to prepare my order so I can pick it up myself (or have somebody pick it up for me).
5. Shop my favorite store from home, transfer my list to my smartphone and have it guide me through the store when I get there to pick up my list.
   • WHY? - I like to plan ahead and know how much I am spending.
   • WHY? - If I am in a hurry I want do my shopping in as short a time as possible.
6. When shopping at home at my favorite store, I want to know what items are on special offer, or which items have available coupons so I can save money.
   • WHY? - I want to maximize my savings to reduce the cost of my shopping.
7. When shopping at my favorite store on my smartphone, I want to know what items are on special offer, or which items have available coupons near where I am shopping.
   • WHY? - I want to know all the ways I can maximize my savings to reduce the cost of my shopping.
